Detailed General Park Rules (also available at the time of registration):

• All facilities, amenities and areas are to be used at your own risk. A copy of the rules and regulations is hereby acknowledged.

• Cottonwood Meadows R.V.C.C. is not responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to the guests and their properties.

• Management reserves the right to remove any vehicle.

• This form constitutes as a license to occupy.

•Check out time is 11 am. Strictly Enforced: A later check-out-time may be arranged at a nominal charge.(In unusual instances,  subject to space availability,  courtesy extensions may be arranged. Please make request at office prior to 10 am of the same day.

•Quiet Hours: 9 pm to 8 am.

•Pets: Quiet pets, under control and on a leash at all times are welcome. Cleaning up after “accidents” is the responsibility of each owner. No pets are to be left unattended in or around vehicles at any time. Owners MUST clean up droppings and deposit in garbage containers located throughout the Park. (NO Vicious Dogs like Pitt Bulls)

•Speed Limit: 10 Mph. For your safety and to protect children, this speed limit is strictly enforced.

•Car Washing: trailer washing or oil changing in the park is not permitted.

•Showers : available to registered guests only. Guests staying over a month pay extra. 

•Children: are your responsibility. Please be aware of where they are and what they are doing at all times.

1. Visitor must leave the campground by 11PM. Overnight guests must be registered at the office. *Note: it is the responsibility of the registered customers to ensure that their visitors comply with the Cottonwood R.V. Campground regulations.

2. Commercial Trucks are NOT allowed in the Park.

3. RV pads need to be kept clean of clutter and junk.

4. No Boat parking.

5. Management reserves the right to enter the site at anytime for maintenance without any notice to customers.

6. Management has the right to refuse service and remove anyone from the park for any reason.

7. This is a recreational vehicle park and everyone residing in the park are supposed to have permanent residence elsewhere even if stays are extended for a long period of time.

8. This park is zoned OR (Outdoor Recreation) for R.V. Parks, not Mobile Home Parks

9. All Park rates are subject to change at anytime without notice.

10. Customers may vacate without notice as long as they are prepaid and not owe anything to the Park.

11. Management reserves the right to relocate customers at anytime. 

12. No storage shed or large containers are allowed on site.

13. Sites may not be altered in anyway or form. This includes planting anything on the sites.
